梅子焖排骨
梅子焖排骨需要点时间烹调,排骨换成猪蹄或其他肉类都有不错的效果!酸酸甜甜的味道配一碗热腾腾的米饭,滋味无穷!
材料:
排骨 x 1支
姜末 x 1茶匙
葱末 x 2茶匙
辣椒末 x 1茶匙
油适量
湿酸梅 x 2颗
酸梅酱 x 3茶匙
黑酱油 x 半茶匙
盐少许
糖少许
做法:
1)先烧一锅热水把排骨汆烫约5分钟,沥干水备用。
2)热锅倒入油爆香姜末、葱末和辣椒末。
3)然后倒入排骨炒香,加入水满相等于排骨和调味料大火滚后,再以慢火焖至排骨软。
4)最后以粟粉勾薄芡即可。
