蔬菜海鲜汤
闲来的我也爱进厨玩玩,显显身手。这道汤做法简易,用料丰富,味道一级棒,营养佳。
材料:
水 500ml
红番茄 2粒 (切碎)
洋葱 1粒 (切碎)
冬菇 2粒 (切丁)
椰菜花 50g (切丁)
鲜虾 6只 (切丁)
日本豆腐 1条 (切块)
西芫茜 少许
调味料:鲜红番茄汁,盐,味精。
做法:
1. 把水煮沸,加入所有材料煮15分钟即可。
