纪子当归鸡
“蒸”在中餐里是最常见的料理,无论是肉类或海鲜类都可以蒸出百变的菜色!做法简易之外还可以保留食才的原汁原味,吃得更健康哦!老公尤其爱吃这道纪子当归鸡呢!
材料:
菜园鸡 x 500g
当归 x 5片(磨碎粉)
纪子 x 少许
调味料:
绍兴酒 x 2茶匙
麻油 x 1茶匙
盐 x 少许
做法:
1)将所有调味料涂抹均匀在鸡上腌10分钟,再洒匀纪子和当归粉。
2)烧热锅水大火蒸20分钟即可。
